Belbin Team Roles are used to identify people's behavioural strengths and weaknesses in the workplace. The Team Role reports enable individuals to build mutual trust, understanding and productive working relationships. Using the reports also helps select/develop high performing teams, raise self-awareness and increase personal effectiveness.
We are delighted to be able to bring the full range of Belbin products and services to South Africa by people who understand the local influences and culture.
